Looking for .650 complete rotor assembly.

Seeking a rotor assembly with bearing plate, cap, and stop arm. Standard layout for tuba valve block. Doesn't need to have tubing.
Where might you have such a beast?
Perhaps a Contrabass bugle that's been sitting on your wall for years.
Many European EEb tubas had this size of rotor.
A bit bigger? Not a problem. I can reduce the port sizes.
I need this to complete a Meinl Weston compensating valve section that I'll be using in a horn that's the same style as the Conn 90G.
