Thanks to all who responded. I decided instead to purchase a new York metallurgy 20J upright bell from Kanstul for $1,200.

Now that I have this new York bell, does anyone have a conn 21J & 20J hard case to sell?

Taylor Music sells new cases for them. $495 for the pair.

To get the Taylor cases, 1 body and 2 bells, would run over $800 + shipping.
Instead, I went with the large Protec 22" bag for just the one piece upright configuration.
Pro Winds sold it 18% off for memorial day discount - $177.73.
Since its really too heavy to lug around much, the tuba in the gigbag will rest on a modified walking golf cart. Room for a 2nd tuba in the cart also.
