Willson Eb 3+1 compensating?

Post by BopEuph »

I've seen a couple of these with a 15" bell go through here for a darn good price. I think I'd love for one of these be my bass tuba, but they don't seem too common in the states.

Have you thought about the Willson Eb Tuba 3400 FA-5? It is not compensated (but has 5th valve) and is very free blowing and as great bottom range. 5th valve, easy access to slides make is very easy to be in tune.
