Seeking parts for an Olds sousaphone 1st valve

I've got an Olds fiberglass sousaphone that I'm trying to restore, but it's missing its entire first valve.
I've called around to repair shops in my area, and they should be able to source most parts to assemble a valve for me, but they aren't able to find the piston. Anyone out there parting out an Olds/Reynolds tuba?
