Euro shank to standard American shank mouthpiece adaptor

Looking for adaptor that can be used on euro shank receiver to use with American shank mouthpiece.
I see that Wessex had it for sale but it’s off their website and only can be purchased together with their Chief mouthpiece. Send me a PM if you have one or similar that you are willing to sell.
