Seeking Marching Tuba in/near Canada

I'm trying to get ahold of a used marching tuba for cheap, doesn't have to be pretty. But I'm having trouble finding anything not new (all over 8-10k) in Canada, and shipping and taxes coming from the states put it pretty up there too.
Any recommendations for where to look, or if you have one available, would be greatly appreciated! TIA!
