ISO Rotary Valve Lever assembly (just one)

I am looking for 1 lever. If the hinge rod and (minimal style) linkage parts are there, even better. Manufacturer doesn't matter, but "not the cheapest thing at the bottom of the crap bin" would be nice.

Makes no difference. I'm using it to put together a main slide trigger.
