With a budget like 2k quality shouldn’t matter. Sell the cimbasso and use the extra cash to fund a quality F tuba. If you hangout around the For Sale forum often you’ll find some gems. Keep your eye out on the GDR B&S Fs I’ve seen these range from 4-7k. I’d start there. Good Luck
