Re: WTB 6/4 York Tuba
Hi Sam,
I saw your tubent post and wanted to let you know what we have. We sell the Zo Thunerbird 6/4 which is an exact copy of a Nirschl 6/4. The big difference between this horn and any Nirschl build prior to 2018 is the valve section. Nirschl has changed their valves to the same valve cluster. The new valve cluster being used by Nirschl is the same as the 6450 and this is what is being used on the Thunderbird as well. The Zo has about the best low register of any of the 6/4 tubas but we have one on sale for only $7995.00. The Thunderbird is a handmade horn that weighs only 21 or 22 lbs. call me if interested at 804-926-7707.
Regards
Tom
