I recently started playing with a brass band and am struggling with the treble clef. Is there a free or reasonably priced software solution to import a pdf, transpose the key, clef and octaves?

PhotoScore is excellent for that purpose

I suspect that in the same amount of time it would take you to transpose the music you could learn to read treble clef.
