Update: found
These are relatively few and far between, but I would like to purchase an American shank to Euro shank tuba mouthpiece adapter. Basically a very thin metal sleeve to go around the mouthpiece shank.

A few years back I picked one of those adapter from Wessex. It's a thin aluminum sleeve. Might want to contact them and see if the have one.
