WTB Conn 20J upright bell or 20K/38K sousa bell

I know this is a long shot... anyone got a cheap-ish upright bell for a Conn 20J? Or a bell stack from a different tuba that I could cut to make my own? Condition does not matter whatsoever, I'm on a budget. Ideally $400 or less, can drive to pick up if necessary. Let me know whatcha got!
I might consider building an upright bell myself out of a 20K/38K sousa bell, or another 20J rec. bell... if you have one of those laying around it's fair game!
