5th dependant valve in 4th slide for Yamaha 381 Eb

I'm looking for one of these, just bought a beautiful silver Yamaha Eb and, back in the day at Disney, when Yamaha was trying to be the official instrument of Walt Disney World they gave us all the Yamaha of choice.and I had access to one with the fifth valve and loved it.If you have one or know how to get one please shoot me a PM. , To clarify, I just need the slide with the valve.
