ISO Conn 80J valves

Post by Karituba »

I have a 1930's Conn 80J that needs better valves. Really don't want to replace the original valves. The 3rd valve is the worst with major pitting.

Any chance you could have the existing valves replated?

I know how much replacing cost and I just don't want to spend that much. It's not the prettiest old tuba and I paid very little for it. Unless you know someone who replates for under $500........
