Like the title says, I'm looking for an inexpensive BBb tuba on behalf of a friend. I've advised them to wait a little longer to save up more money, but they insist on starting at this price point. I'm not expecting anything fantastic. If it has 3 valves and plays, I'm sure they'll be happy. I'm located in Cleveland and my friend is in Columbus Ohio. Let me know what you have!
