4 Valve Bb or Eb Tuba $1500-2000 Near Texas

Wanting to buy a four valve Bb or Eb Tuba. I would prefer that the horn be located near Texas so I can pick it up because I don't want to deal with shipping as I have had negative experiences in the past. I am willing to drive a bit to meet someone though. I am looking for something under $2000 that is in decent working condition. I would also prefer something on the smaller side because I am using a 20J now and it is just too big for me. If you have something please let me know.
