The wheels of the hard case of king 2431 has been torn. I would like to replace the wheels. Has anybody familiar of how to do it?

I get replacement wheels and mounting rivets from MTS. They are happy to supply them. If you own a pop rivet tool or can borrow one, these wheels can be replaced with original-type hardware, and it is not particularly difficult to do. You may need to file or grind off the old rivet heads, remove the old wheel assembly, and install the new one with pop rivets.
