What to do with a Getzen baby Contra

As the title says...

I have a few thoughts:

1. Sell it
2. Cut it to BBb and have a 1/2 size horn to start some kiddo on.
3. (Now this I want to do, but I'm certain It will be a pain) make a 6/4 Baritone horn in Bb, just for SAG.

Thoughts? What have some of you built out of yours?
