Where do you guys get parts?

My director gave me a Conn 4j in pieces, some not salvageable in the bugle but the valve block is fine (2&3 missing). Where should I look for valves and a bugle? I am wanting to try and create a playable horn. This being my first time messing with a tuba (I have been learning how to solder on a few junker trumpets), I don't necessarily need to create a great instrument, just one to practice doing this kind of work.
