Contact TubaTinker. He built one for me, out of necessity. My Bessophone used to have a detachable bell, and the person I purchased it from had put a chopped St Pete bell on it, which shortened the stack, effectively making it high pitch. TubaTinker made a great extended main valve slide for me that brought my tuba back down to pitch.

Solved, it only took one shortening of the replacement tuning slide.
