Anybody got a Yamaha YBB641 2nd valve crook that they could part with? Anything with a tight radius in @ .812 bore would probably work out.

That's certainly an option, but I think Yamaha only sells the entire assembly (outer and inner tubes and ferrules). I suppose I could put the rest of it in my parts bin.......
