Sure does -- most likely an Eb tuba (a.k.a. bass euphonium  ).

Given the overall height of this horn is only 32"... I have to it is most likely an Eb tuba. The tighter wrap of the horn only gives the appearance that there is too much tubing to be an Eb. If it was a BBb horn, that 3rd valve circuit would need another couple of crooks. Buy it and find out for sure. The price seems right.

As if Dan's opinion wasn't goood enough, here's the PanAm next to a Conn Eb tuba...
note valve slide lengths

WSB, that Conn's a nice horn.

I have something identical but in raw brass:

Mine, shown above sitting on Dan's bench, is branded Sorkin. It's probably a stencil of a Conn/Pan-American. On both mine and WSB's, note the third valve slide overlapping the bottom bow and the two small carriage rings. These come up on Ebay all the time. There may still be one there under the "Continental Colonial" name.

The guy who owns it tells me he would like me to sell it for him when he is too old to play it anymore. (He is pushing 90.)
