Hirsbrunner BBb
A very nice looking Hirsbrunner BBb went down last night (3/29/07) just before 10 PM Eastern time. I was in a rehearsal so I missed the show. Did anyone notice what the final price was? I don't think there was a reserve.

It went for about $2500.
That one looked really funny to me. It was the seller's second auction, it had no "eBay buyer's protection" and wanted payment in a wire transfer. It looked to me as if it was either a hustle or the horn was hot. Kinda like if you were hangin' out in a seedy tavern (of course, no tuba player would do that
) and somebody you didn't know came up and asked, "Wanna buy a Hirshbrunner? Good deal. Gimmie $2500 right now and I'll go get it out of my car" It might be true but, again....
BTW: There is a check box on the ebay search function for completed auctions.
