Big 20J Conn covered in tarnish, nicotine stains, blood from knife fights, stale beer, vomit and what have you. It's from South Texas and I can just see it providing the bottom for a mariachi band right on the border... Probably was purchased new and spent the last 50 years perched on a stand at the back of the stage.
The tubes aren't crushed badly so it might play OK. (With tubes that big, they would be fine if they were half-crushed...) This horn, a heavily starched white shirt with ruffles and black pants with a sharp crease in each leg and you are in business...

I was thinking the bell needed to be shaped into a more bell-like object and then just call it good. The other pipes really aren't bashed in too bad and it really has a unique character.
