The listing is still up (with 6 bids now) three full days after being reported as fraudulent (with a link to the stolen picture online). This doesn't give me much confidence in eBay's "oversight" process.

The lister clearly doesn't have this tuba to sell. I sincerely hope someone doesn't get badly ripped off.

Yeah...I doubt it. The seller very likely got a memo regarding ownership of photos being used in an auction.
