Cerveny Helicon

Though somewhat ebay naive and certainly helicon naive, this seems maybe a bit fishy. TNFJ, is this a scam?

If it's too good to be true, then it is. I actually have a pal in UK who will go look at it before I bid! Smells really REALLY fishy.
I don't play the tuba, I play music and sometimes there's a tuba in front of me.

The location given is not that far from me in the UK, so I will contact seller to enquire about visiting to play test. That should identify if it is genuine!

This is an on-going scam that I've seen posted many times on other sites - Craigslist, and Gumtree in the UK. Each time it is listed, the "Seller" uses the exact same pictures and exact same text. Each time I see the listing I write to the "Seller" and tell him / her that I'm in their area and I'd love to come see the horn. I always get an excuse back about working for 20 hours a day and not being able to be home for any prospective purchasers to check the horn out. They then go on to tell me that they will ship the horn to me and I have 7 days to return it for a full refund if I'm not happy with it. What a crock! I saw the listing on eBay this evening and immediately reported it.
From what I understand, this horn was sold a long time ago, and a well-known tuba collector now owns it (if this is the same horn I'm thinking of....engraving everywhere...spectacular...).
This listing is definitely a SCAM. Hope eBay pulls it before one of the two present bidders gets burned.
