I've heard real estate pricing stories like that. Maybe someone's looking for a certain price range, ignores your house until you price it up into that range, but whatever - sat for weeks until they raised it. You have to give 'em what they want.
Darn! I lived in Adel, GA for a while, when at Valdosta State. I never could have imagined that I would ever see anything of quality from there. I'm just sorry that I no longer play!
