Yeah, I've seen that tuba before on eBay. There are a few other old German/Czech tubas always up on there.
At first glance, this seems like a really good deal......until you look closely at the damage and shipping cost
If you look closely, there are some nasty big dents in the leadpipe and main tuning slide......and it's only 3 valves. I lost interest after seeing all that...

Very old. The German text on the shield reveals it being from before the end of WWI.
