Who is the real maker?
To me the valve wrap looks like Conn, but Conn from Cleveland puzzles me.

That is a Conn (ferrules, braces, etc.), regardless of what's engraved on the bell.
Also, I don't see "Cleveland" on the bell.

The C is under the first N of Continental. You can see AND to the right.

I agree - and he can see what's written on the bell better than we can....
(IIRC, these horns are usually closer to being in D than E flat......)
