Looks like they made a Jumbo Helicon in that period- wonder if any still exist?

Don't think it's quite that old but this one was on ebay recently. A real beauty with engraved finger buttons and adjustable clocksprings ... I couldn't afford it. :(

Around $3,500.00 IIRC. Wish it was living with me but just couldn't justify it at the time.

And how it plays: Cerveny tubas aren't real popular around here but I'll bet that thing is a dream to play, it looks like a top of the line instrument.
