Nice old BIG horn. Too Much money for my pockets but you can always dream . :lol:

Interesting horns these short-action Holtons. Mine's a good player.

Pretty rare. A 2XJ upright bell will work. Same tenon size. A person could but a tenon for a 20K from Conn Selmer and look for a bell with a very large throat. Kanstul makes a 20" bell that will work.

Correct, while that may be a great horn for the money it is utterly impossible to tell from the photos.
I didn't comment on the price earlier but regardless of it's condition... I think it's waaaay overpriced!

I have 25J------You're saying the bell in it's present form is interchangeable, without modification.?????

Yes. The bell tenon measures 7 1/4" diameter. The length of the 2XJ tenon is about 3/16" shorter than the Holton tenon but it will work.
