I asked seller about maker an measurements. Here's what I got:
no maker's mark, only "Austria" stamped on the Mouthpiece receiver. The bell is about 14", not sure of the height, it's very close to a miraphone 186. The bore is .764

Here's something from a slightly later era, from horn-u-copia - Engraved: A. u. M. Moser Instrumentenerzeuger Bischofshofen Austria Height: 41in Bell: 16 1/4in

To my eye pretty similar, minus 4th valve. Bell might even be a hair smaller, past the larger more modern bell flare.
Could the lack of engraved identity on the older one mean it was made for the military, guess that would be WWII era?

EDIT:
Seller just corrected some measurements. Bell 16 inches and it's 40 inch long.
