It does appear to be a B & S 101 'stencil' but most of them I've seen had a garland and engraved rotor housings. The lighting isn't good enough to tell if the outer slide tubes are nickel-silver or brass.

I'll still vote for a B & S 'stencil'... possibly a student variety.

I don't think it's one of the Sanders 'Imperial' tubas that Custom Music used to import because the 'keel' looks genuine German.

Email the seller and ask if the receiver is stamped GDR or Czech.

I usually don't put a lot of faith in people who just list "tuba" and don't research before they sell.
