Besson was indeed my guess.

I would guess BBb, just 'cause it is full circle, but that's hardly conclusive.

Hard to tell without an object for scale, but the valve block looks too short to me to be BBb. Besson did make some tiny full-circle Eb sousas though, and my best guess is that this is what we have here.

Not a full Circle, but here is an image of my Besson Eb for some comparison.
