Dillion's Music has this York Artist Sousaphone and really low price.
It's a smaller size horn.

Judging by the valve caps, that looks to have been built by B&M (like the York Masters) after Carl Fischer bought the York company.
Some old Yorks, Martins and maybe a rotary CC King...

that might explain the larger bore. The earlier little yorks had something like a .654 bore
