Sousaphon Böhm & Meinl Symphonie

On a local platform, there is a Böhm & Meinl sousaphone for sale: https://www.ricardo.ch/de/a/sousaphon-b ... 211555484/. It looks interesting as it seems to be quite small. Seller writes: Bb; weight 6.7 kg; bell 50cm. He wants at least 1'000 Swiss Francs (= 1'050 $).
Does anyone out there hat any information about these sousaphones?
