looks like a BBb rotor king with a Miraphone bell.

That looks just like my King Bill Bell model, although in better condition. Mine has a 0.750" bore. I know that they made their other rotary valve tubas in both 0.687" and 0.75", but I don't know if this one was ever made in the smaller bore. I guess we can ask Mike Lynch about it once he receives it.
