In addition to any opinions you might get on the forum here, you can look at the feedback comments where the items and the purchasers are listed. Send e-mails to those who bought the tuba (click on the item# column to see what was bought) and see what response you get. I did this with a "Haydn" brand tuba that was on ebay a few months ago. I e-mailed four people and got back two responses.
