Looks like enough tubing length (valve and bugle) for a BBb. Also looks like the mouthpiece receiver has been ripped off.
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

As one who did indeed buy a 1920 BBb Conn, I can say it is a what I bought, albiet with a lot more dents and mine does have it's entire lead pipe. Numbers are very close, though I'm not at home to tell you how far off they are. But definately a 1920 on pre 1900.
