I would guess it to be a sousaphone bell. Recording bass bells are usually wider at the bottom opening.

I would say sousaphone because recording tuba bells usually angle up more while sousaphone bells face almost straight forward. That is, recording tuba bells are at about a 70 degree angle, while sousaphone bells are at about 90 degrees, like this one.

No maker. I doubt that there are too many people looking to match an unmarked bell to an unmarked horn.
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?
