Yes, this used to be my son's old Conn I posted frequently about. Harv has made it look beautiful. I know the valves no longer leak and the dents are nearly non-existant (compared to before).
Not sure what he put on it for a reserve. But he doesn't tend to go high.
I sent it to him with a gig bag. While he doesn't mention it, it may be available as well. Never hurts to ask.
