That rather reminds me of a big Rudolf Meinl. Unusual the angle of the leadpipe into the 1st valve.

How good are these B & F tubas?

My understanding is that big rotary B&F's have a reputation in Europe similar to the reputation of the Chicago Yorks in the US. That is to say, pretty good.
