Nice rotary valve Holton that kid's selling in the second picture... :P

(too bad he doesn't know the difference!)
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

This is NOT MY LISTING. The photographs are mine, and the tubas are mine. THEY ARE NOT FOR SALE.

I have reported this to ebay, and I hope they do something about it. The fellow actually papered over my copyright notice on the images, and that alone is evidence of willful infringement of copyright, even assuming he has a similar tuba actually for sale.

I already sent in a fraud alert. I sent a link to the page that contains your photos and told them that you were not in California, were not selling your horns, and that you would probably contact them pretty quickly.

Nice photos . . . theft-worthy photos . . .

Keep your eyes on those tubas, man!

Wade
Wade, thanks, man. I do not usually look at this folder and were it not for your message I'd have missed it.

Any of you guys see my tubas for sale, please let me know. I may actually sell a tuba someday, but if I do, it will be under my name. You'll know I'm selling it.

Oh, was that joking? I DID hear a buzzing in my ear.

No response yet from ebay addressed to me, but I'm happy the listing is shut down.

I was tempted to send a message to the seller asking him why he thought he could ship the instrument for $130 when it was going to cost him a LOT more to get his hands on the item to be shipped. Certainly more than he was willing to pay.

Besides, Mike, you aren't first on the list. You aren't young enough. It will be the executor of my estate deciding who gets the Holton.

No, seriously, now that you're selling your horns what are you asking for the Yamaha F?
