Dunno, Wade. That one looks more like a bandoneon to me. When I think of concertinas, I think of hexagonal or octagonal-shaped ones. Bandies tend to be rectangular.

If I could lead sing in French, I might buy that sucker.
Saw a ballet and opera company of 90 in Russia that had only one accordionist for accompaniment and he could really cut it-fingers fast as lightning.
His accordion had no black and white keys-only little round black buttons.
