Can it be real?

Since we had such fun with the Hirsbrunner last week, what do you think of this one? It looks more legitimate, except for the fact that they have listed $5000 worth of tuba with no reserve price, no payment method, and they didn't answer my email...

Weird thing, to me anyway, the seller is "not a registered user" !? How the heck did he list it, and why is it still there if he's not a registered user? It looks like he just signed up, or changed his ID, or something a couple days ago, but I still don't get it....

Plus, it looks kind of like a College (or maybe fancy HS) instrument storage room in the background......

I sent a report to EB yesterday, and they have yet to pull it. I don't believe I'll be bidding just yet, though.

If we could find out what city it is "in," I'm sure it could be verified. I have friends, relatives, or relatives of friends in most parts of Florida.
