Well, the neck and neck bracing looks sort of Conn-22K-ish but the first valve slide isn't right. The rest of it looks like a 22K.

Who knows, I probably am wrong.

Didn't you have one of these when you were in high school? I went to one of the oldest high schools in Southern California--the band room was built sometime around 1920 and, until my junior year, the band NEVER got rid of any old large instruments. We could assemble a sousaphone from seven other sousaphones. Now we didn't have any white fiberglass sousaphones but I imagine you could do it just as easily with those. If you could put that bell with that sousaphone body it might be a more decent horn than you could imagine!
