Can you really silver plate over chrome!?

I beg your pardon, but where's the silver? Description says "silver chrome plated", which I guess means that the chrome is silvery colored? And price is $878 with postage.

I have one of those things that bears the name of 'Tri-Star'. Horrible horn. Bad intonation and severe manufacturing/fit/assembly problems.
