It is a very unusual body wrap on this. Does any one know the who made the body, because it realy does not look like a Conn.

I was thinking exactly what you were about it being a York body with a Conn bell grafted on.
Looks like an Eb to me; not enough length in the valve tubing for a BBb or CC.
Here is an earlier 1927 York Eb for comparison.
This is a 1934 BBb with the same kind of neck reinforcement.
Between the lengthening of the bell to the loss of the neck, there is no way that they could guess what key it's in (and Bb DOES come out when you play an Eb's fifth... )
