That's an early 2145 with the "small valves" or what some call "Nirschl valves." I actually like the smaller valves, but others swear they were problematic and Meinl Weston's latest "big valve" offerings are superior.
I am not a huge fan of the 2145 and the price is, in my opinion, is on the high side for this one.

It's back...and with a better price. I played one of these "small valve" 2145's, and if I had the chance to buy it again, I would've bought it. Nice, focused sound, and surprisingly big. Seems like it'd be a great quintet tuba.
