This is very similar (the case too) to one I bought from Bandfolio maybe 4 years ago. It's thin brass, very light, plays reasonably well with good intonation, bore is on the small side and tone reflects that. It's OK when you want to give something to your kid who is starting 6th grade band and you don't know if the kid will decide to drop out of band after one semester.
